Toque TAAT (two at a time)

I work socks and mittens TAAT (two at a time) all the time.  I'm not sure why I decided to work the Tidal Ripples Toques as two at time, but I did, and it worked!

Tidal Ripples Toque works well in acrylic or superwash wool blend. The Ripples are fun to work, and the toque can be knit in just a few days making it the perfect gift or accessory. This may be considered an intermediate level pattern because knowledge of hat (and stitch) construction are helpful.

Here are photos of the process:

Working from the inside & outside of the cake of yarn, I cast-on the adult hat, divided the stitches onto two circular needles, and worked 4 rounds of the rib.  I then cast-on the size child hat, and worked the the two hats in tandem completing the rib and working the Ripples pattern.

I worked the size child hat to the desired height and worked the crown decreases while I continued to work the Ripples pattern on the adult hat.  It was soon time to work the crown decreases for the adult hat.

Tidal Ripples Toques TAAT(two at a time) worked in the color: Brain Freeze.
